Bra Issues

Solution: Choose one band size larger or opt for a bra with a wider band.

 Problem: Side Bulges
Solution: Choose one band size larger or choose a style that provides more cup coverage.

Problem: Cups overflow
Solution: Choose one cup size larger or one band size larger.

Problem: Sore shoulders
Solution: Loosen straps or opt for a bra with wider or padded straps.

Problem: Coopers droop
Solution: Shorten straps, check cup size, avoid stretchy fabrics or choose a firmer support style with rigid straps.

Problem: Under wires poke or stand away
Solution: If the cups are fitting well, try going up a back size and down a cup size. (e.g. from 34D to 36C)

Problem: Slipping Straps
Solution: Avoid styles with wide-set straps. Try bras with straps positioned closer to neck. Alternatively, use Comfy Straps.

Problem: Heat rash
Solution: Underseams of cups should be firmly placed on crease of breasts, reducing flesh-on-flesh contact. Apply MEDASPOR anti-fungal topical cream to ease rash.

TAKE CARE FOR LONGER WEAR

- Proper washing and drying can greatly extend the life of a bra.
- Do not wear more than once before washing it as perspiration and body deodorants arethe biggest enemies of bra fabrics and elastic.
- Use warm water, not hot.
- Hand wash at all times.
- Use mild soap and avoid harsh detergents and bleach. Avoid fabric-softeners as they might damage the Lycra.
- Rinse thoroughly in clean water - unrinsed soap damages elastic and causes yellowing of the garment.
- Squeeze gently in towel, do not wring.
- Avoid tumble-dryers.
- Hang bras to dry, but away from direct sunlight and excess heat.
- Do not use pegs - just hang over line and fasten bra clips.
- BEWARE OF NAILS AND RINGS.

N.B. In the unlikely event of a wire poke-through, do not remove the wire. The bra is useless once the wire is removed. The bra can be easily repaired using lingerie tape to reinforce the wire channel.
